Penstock valve is widely used in filter system in water plant, sewage plant,pipes and channel as a cut off and flow control valve.

Its main material is stainless steel or FRP, can be resistant to some corrosive chemicals and sewage corrosion.

Depending on the installation conditions, TVD offers round, square and special penstock valves as required.

• Sealed on four sides
• Bidirectional seal, leakage rate is not greater than 5% of DIN19569 standard
• The frame is designed as open frame, the penstock can be driven by pneumatic, electric, manual by connection of quick connector and extension rod
• Rising stem design. the stem is out of contact with the working medium
• No vibration during operation because of the disign of the unique guidance and the wedge device, it can be used as a flow control valve as well
• Due to the action of the wedge, the door can be closed tightly with door frame in the final stage, so the operating torque is small
• Reliable tightness performance due to the structure of the whole integral seal ring
• Installation easily because the penstock can be mounted in the wall directly. The penstock valve is sealed with EPDM, easy to be installed, sealed and reliable.
